At Park's Motor Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
